A table object consists of a series of rows and columns, each with a value associated with it. Each row and each column also has a header, shaded in gray.
To edit data in table cells, click in the cell you want to edit, and either move the mouse out of the cell, or wait a moment. The cell becomes a text edit entry. Edit the cell’s data, then press Return or Enter to change the value.
You can resize rows and columns to show more or less information in the cells. To resize a cell, move the cursor until it is over the right or bottom edge of the cell you want to resize. The cursor will change to a resize cursor. Click and drag in the direction you want to resize the cell.
You can add or remove rows or columns in a table object by holding the Option key and moving the cursor until it is over the right or bottom edge of the cell you want to add or remove. The cursor will change to a add/remove cursor. Click and drag down and up to add and remove rows or left and right to add and remove columns.
